Cold Springs Resort & RV Park is nestled in the tall pines on the twisting banks of the spring-fed Metolius River. Acres of beautifully manicured lawns rolling gently down to the river are dotted with stands of lupine and magnificent Ponderosa Pine and Tamarack trees. Camp Sherman is located at the eastern base of the Central Oregon Cascade Range in the heart of the Metolius River Wildlife Preserve and Recreation Area. A recreational dream-come-true, the area is a fly fisher's haven with bountiful Rainbow, Brown, Brook, and Bull trout. The crystal clear waters of the Metolius are known far and wide for some of this country's finest fishing!

Close by, our guests can also enjoy golfing, horseback riding, guided raft trips, lkae fishing, canoeing, waterskiing, windsurfing and an assortment of other adventures. During the winter, only 20 minutes away, Hoodoo Ski Bowl offers groomed cross-country trails, alpine skiing and snowmobiling. For hiking enthusiasts, trail-heads entering the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness Area lead you along scenic alpine lakes, streams and meadows with some of the best wildflower viewing in the Cascades.

Many of the famous faces of the Cascade Mountain Range are visible at various points in your explorations: Mt. Jefferson towering to the north, Black Butte and The Three Sisters to the south, Mt. Washington and Three Fingered Jack to the west. Majestically beautiful year-round, they are a photographer's fantasy!



Sisters, the charming, western-style town set in the theme of the 1880's, just 15 miles away, offers shopping, dining and entertainment to please even the most discerning of vacationers. The larger cities of Bend and Redmond are only 40 minutes away.

Black Butte Ranch, just 5 miles away, hold the key to your dream of playing on championship golf courses. Surrounded by The Three Sisters, Mt. Washington and Ponderosa Forests, the combined 36 holes of velvet greens will enable anyone to take home "championship" memories!
