Discounts – 10% for 7 nights or longer.
Deposits – Stays less than 6 nights require 1 night deposit. Full payment on holiday stays 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior on multiple cabin rentals. The balance is due in full upon arrival.
Cancellations – A $20 non-refundable service charge for all cancelled reservations in cabins. Refunds up to 21 days prior to arrival, 30 days for holiday periods and 60 days on multiple cabin/RV site rentals. Renter is responsible for full payments of nights reserved. Early departures will not be refunded unless re-rented.
Extra Person – $10 (over age 6)
Pets – $10 additional per night, must be kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended.
Check-In – 4 P.M. (Baggage drop available after noon.)
Check-Out – 11 A.M.
*Stay of less than 1 month plus 7% tax (6% county & 1% state tax)

Additional Charges for damages, replacement of items or cleaning beyond normal expectations may apply.
